| 摘 要： | 阐述了"迁村并点"在新农村规划工作中的重要意义及理论基础。从新村选址、规划结构、规划道路、建筑布局、公共设施以及景观设计6个方面对平地、香云新村"迁村并点"的规划方案加以分析,指出"迁村并点"不仅可以节约公共基础设施的投资,还可以提高土地的利用率,是实现土地资源优化配置的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Significance and theoretic foundation of "village relocation and annexation" in the planning of new countryside was elaborated.Planning schemes of Pingdi Village and New Xiangyun Village were analyzed from six perspectives: selection of new village site,planning structure,planned road,architectural layout,public facilities and landscape design.It was then proposed that "village relocation and annexation" could not only save investment in public infrastructure,but also improve land use efficiency,thus it was an important approach of optimizing distribution of land resources. |
