部分红色·粉色花瓣在干燥过程中的保色技术研究

目的]研究红、粉色花瓣的保色技术,使红、粉色花瓣在干燥后其颜色保持不变或变化微小。方法]以2种红色、2种粉色花瓣为材料,配制10%的硫酸镁加柠檬酸(质量比为1∶1)的混合液和不同浓度的柠檬酸单液,分别浸泡45 min,然后用变色硅胶包埋法和标本夹自然干燥法2种不同的干燥方式对浸泡好的花瓣进行干燥,最后筛选出最佳的保色处理和干燥方法。结果]试验表明,红色蔷薇最佳的保色处理方法为10%硫酸镁加柠檬酸(质量比为1∶1)的混合液结合硅胶包埋处理;粉色玫瑰最佳的保色处理方法为10%柠檬酸结合硅胶包埋处理;红色康乃馨最佳保色处理方法为5%柠檬酸处理;粉色康乃馨最佳保色处理方法为1%柠檬酸处理。康乃馨用2种不同干燥方法,效果差别不大。结论]该研究可以提高平面压花的观赏价值和商业价值。

Study on Color-keeping Technology of Some Red, Pink Petals in Drying Process

Objective] To study red and pink petals color-keeping technology.Method] The color-keeping technology of two red and two pink petals are studied using two kinds of color-keeping agent,10% color-keeping agent mixed with magnesium sulfate and citric acid and different concentration of citric acid single liquid respectively for 45 minutes.Two methods of drying,discolor silicon embedded method and specimen holder natural drying method are employed in the experiment.The optimum method of color-keeping and drying method are obtained.Result] The results showed that the optimum method of Rosa saturate color-keeping is treated with 10% color-keeping agent mixed with magnesium sulfate and citric acid and silica embedded;the best method of Rosa rugosa color-keeping is treated with 10% citric acid color-keeping agent and silica embedded;the best method of red Dianthus caryophyllus color-keeping is treated with 5%citric acid and pink Dianthus caryophyllus color-keeping is 1%citric acid,two dry ways are better.Conclusion] The study will improve ornamental value and commercial value of plane embossing.
