| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是新的时代背景下提出的新目标,是经济社会发展新阶段的新要求;它体现的是中央解决“三农”问题的新决策和新举措,凸显的是全面解决“三农”问题的新条件和新机遇;它还是农村振兴历史进程的新起点,是“三农”事业发展的新希望。农村税费改革可以促进社会主义新农村建设,同时,社会主义新农村建设也为农村税费改革提供了历史机遇。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialistic new countryside is a future target in the new and also the new requirement of the economic society development.It will benefiicial to the problem-soloing of "Three-aqrculture".The new beginning in historic course is the new hope of agriultural deuelopment.The Tax-fee reform in countryside may promote the new socialistic rural construction,at the same time,the new socialistic rural reconstruction had provided the historical opportunity for the tax-fee reform in countryside. |
