摘    要:目的]为了研究苯甲酸钠对月季切花的保鲜效果。方法]以蔗糖,8-羟基喹啉,硝酸钙为基础液,添加不同浓度(0、500、1 000、1 500 mg/L)的苯甲酸钠配制成的保鲜液处理月季鲜切花,研究苯甲酸钠对鲜切花的保鲜效果。结果]实验浓度范围内苯甲酸钠对月季切花的衰老有一定的延缓作用。1 000、1 500 mg/L的苯甲酸钠可以较显著地延长月季切花的瓶插寿命,1 500 mg/L的苯甲酸钠可以延迟鲜重下降和花径减小的时间,500 mg/L的苯甲酸钠可以延迟切花含水量下降的时间。结论]该研究表明一定量的苯甲酸钠能延长月季切花瓶插的时间,提高切花的品质。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of study is to discuss the fresh-keeping effect of sodium benzoate on cut rose.Method] The fresh-keeping effect of sodium benzoate on cut rose was studied through treating fresh cut rose with fresh-keeping solution confected with sucrose,8-hydroxyl quinoline and calcium nitrate as basic solution adding sodium benzoate with different concentrations(0,500,1 000,1 500 mg/L).Result] In experimental concentration range,sodium benzoate had certain delaying action on cut rose aging.1 000 and 1 500 mg/L sodium benzoate could prolong the vase life of cut rose more significantly.1 500 mg/L sodium benzoate could delay the decline time of fresh weight and flower diameter.500 mg/L sodium benzoate could delay the decline time of water content in cut rose.Conclusion] The certain sodium benzoate could prolong the vase life and enhance the quality of cut rose.
