咪酰胺防治早稻恶苗病试验研究

摘    要:目的]探讨咪酰胺的浸种方法对早稻恶苗病的防治效果及产量结构的影响,为合理使用咪酰胺提供理论依据。方法]以浙辐203为供试品种,设13个咪酰胺不同用药量处理,研究咪酰胺不同用药量、浸种时间及淘洗与否对早稻恶苗病的防治效果和对水稻产量结构的影响。结果]咪酰胺对早稻恶苗病具有较好的防治效果,咪酰胺不同用药量处理对水稻出芽进度和芽率均有一定的影响,咪酰胺浸种后淘洗与否,对种子出芽进度影响较大而对总体芽率影响小。温度在10~18℃,咪酰胺用量60ml/hm2,浸种72h,不淘洗直接播种,防效达98.8%。结论]经济有效地使用咪酰胺以60ml/hm2浸种72h,不淘洗处理增产效果最好。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the influence of seed soaking by prochloraz on the control effect and yield structure of bakanae disease in eary rice so as to provide theoretical basis for the reasonable use of prochloraz.Method] With Zhefu 203 as the tested variety,it was treated with 13 different dosage of prochloraz,then the influence of prochloraz dosage,soaking time and elutriation on the control effect of bakanae disease and yield structure of rice was analyzed.Result] Prochloraz achieved good results in controlling the disease,different dosage of prochloraz all had certain effect on the germination speed and rate of rice,and the elutriation or not after the seed soaking by prochloraz had big influence on the germination speed while small influence on the germination rate.Under the conditions of 10-18 ℃ of temperature,60 ml/hm2 of prochloraz,72 h of soaking time and direct sowing without elutriation,the control effect could reach as high as 98.8%.Conclusion] The biggest increase in production could be achieved by soaking the seed in 60 ml/hm2 of prochloraz for 72 h without elutriation after.
