组培满天星最佳生根途径试验报告

摘    要:为了克服组培快繁满天星移栽成活率低,培养周期长,成本高,条件要求严格等,进行了组培满天星最佳生根方式试验。结果表明:茎尖组织培养的新茎,用生根粉处理后进行扦插水培,其生根率达90%以上,较试管培养高16%,较基质扦插高50%;育苗周期较试管培养和基质扦插缩短约20d;移栽成活率较试管培养和基质扦插分别提高35%、84%。结论:用生根粉处理后进行扦插水培是满天星最佳生根方式。

Abstract:Micropropogation through tissue culture was one of seedling production ways of Gypsophila.The key measurement was how to reduce the cost of production,short the period of seedling production,increase survival rate of plantlet transplant.The report indicates that the fresh plantlets from stem tip cultures rooten easily after they were treated by ABT and cultured in water,and rooting rate of the fresh plantlets was 90%.The experimental results showed rooting rate of plantlets cultured in water was 16% higher than in test tube and 50 higher than in solid media.The period of raising young plants from stem tip culture shorted 20 days than from water culture.
