烤烟散叶密集烤房的研究

目的]测试烤烟散叶密集烤房的性能。方法]采用散叶密集烤房与普通气流上升式烤房和挂竿式密集烤房进行烘烤试验,研究烤烟散叶密集烤房的性能和烟叶烘烤质量。结果]散叶密集烤房定色阶段烟囱出口温度仅50~67℃,大大低于测试指标(≤160℃),节能效果明显提高。散叶密集烤房平均烘烤1 kg干烟能耗及用工成本比普通烤房低1.10元。与气流上升式烤房相比,气流下降式烤房的节能效果和烤后烟叶的均价、上等烟率和桔黄烟率都明显提高。结论]散叶密集烤房装烟容量大、操作简便、温湿度控制灵敏,大大降低了成本,提高了烘烤效率,且烤后烟叶的外观质量明显提高,主要化学成分协调,感观评吸质量有所提高。

Study on the Loose-leaf Bulk Curing Barn of Flue-cured Tobacco

Objective] The study was to detect the performance of the loose-leaf bulk curing barn.Method]The loose-leaf bulk curing barn,common up-draft curing barn and hang pole bulk curing barn were used to carry out the baking tests,the performances of the loose-leaf bulk curing barn of flue-cured tobacco and the baking quality of tobacco were studied.Result] The temperature at echimney outlet in color-fixing stage of the loose-leaf bulk curing barn was only 50-67 ℃,which was far below the testing index(≤160 ℃).The energy saving effect was increased obviously.The energy consumption of average baking 1 kg dry tobacco and the labor costs of loose-leaf bulk curing barn was 1.10 Yuan lower than that of common curing barn.Compared with the up-draft curing barn,the energy saving effect,average price of the flue-cured tobacco,the upper tobacco proportion and the orange tobacco ratio of down-draft curing barn were increased obviously.Conclusion] The loose-leaf bulk curing barn had large capacity of,simple operation,its temperature and humidity for control was sensitive,so that the cost was greatly reduced,the baking efficiency was increased,the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco was increased obviously,the main chemical components were coordinate and the organoleptic and smoking quality somewhat increased.
