摘    要:目的]提高卷烟加工性能与品质。方法]通过对KGM接枝共聚改性,得到新型保润剂KSAP-T,并对其吸水性能、保水性能及在烟草中的保润性能进行研究。结果]60~100目的KSAP-T对纯净水的吸水倍率达到770~810倍,保水能力极强。将KGM-T和KSAP-T添加于烟丝中,均有明显的保湿和保润作用,KSAP-T的最终含水率最高(7.51%)、水分活度最低(0.392),水分散失速率最慢,烟丝的保湿效果最好。感官评价结果表明,卷烟中添加KSAP-T后保润效果良好。结论]KSAP-T是一种值得深度开发的新型烟草保润剂。

Characteristics and Application of Novel Humectant KSAP-T in Tobacco

Abstract:Objective] To improve tobacco processability and the sensory quality.Method] Through graft copolymerization of KGM with acrylic acid,a novel humectant KSAP-T was obtained.The water absorption,water retention property and humectant performance in tobacco were researched.Result] The water absorbency of KSAP-T with 60-100 meth reached 770-810 times,and the water-retention capacity of KSAP-T was high.KGM-T and KSAP-T both showed significantly water and moisture retention effects.The final moisture content of KSAP-T was the highest(7.51%),and its water activity was the lowest(0.392).The water loss rate of KSAP-T was the slowest,and the moisturizing effect of cut tobacco was the best.The sensory evaluation results showed that cigarette adding KSAP-T showed better moisture retention effect.Conclusion] KSAP-T is a good novel tobacco humectant which deserves further development.
