| 摘 要： | 从粮食安全的概念出发,通过对当前贵州粮食供需平衡情况及市场发育状况进行客观的分析和评价,提出了贵州粮食安全方面存在的问题,结合国内国际形势,根据粮食生产用水现状,总结出针对区域粮食安全的贵州水资源管理面临的挑战,并探讨了基于粮食安全的贵州水资源管理思路。 |
