摘    要:目的]探索5种植物提取物对夹竹桃蚜生物活性的影响。方法]以高阿丁枫、膏桐、辣蓼、竹柏、紫茎泽兰作为供试植物,采用浸渍法提取得到其提取物,在室内采用微量点滴法对夹竹桃蚜触杀效果进行测定。结果]这5种植物提取物对夹竹桃蚜的触杀效果依次为竹柏(紫茎泽兰(高阿丁枫(辣蓼(膏桐。不同浓度的高阿丁枫、紫茎泽兰、膏桐提取物对夹竹桃蚜的校正死亡率都无显著差异,但不同观测时间的校正死亡率又都有显著差异。不同浓度和不同观测时间的辣蓼和竹柏提取物对夹竹桃蚜的校正死亡率均无显著差异。结论]该研究为夹竹桃蚜的无公害防治提供了理论依据。

Contact Toxicity of Plant Extracts on Aphis nerii
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the effects of 5 kinds of plant extracts on the biological activity of Aphis nerii.Method] With Altingia excelsa,Eupatorium adenophorum,Jatropha curcas,Polygonum flaccidum and Podocarpus nagi as tested plants,the extracts were extracted by the dipping method.The contact toxicity of plant extracts on A.nerii were detected by micro spot method in the laboratory.Result] The contact toxicity of the 5 kinds of plant extracts on A.nerii were P.flaccidum﹥P.nagi﹥A.excelsa﹥J.curcas﹥E.adenophorum.There was no significant difference on the corrected mortality of A.nerii among A.excelsa,P.nagi and E.adenophorum extracts with different concn,but there was a significant difference on the corrected mortality in different detecting time.There was no significant difference on the corrected mortality of A.nerii among J.curcas and P.flaccidum extracts with different concn.and in different detecting time.Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis for the harmless control of A.nerii.
