摘    要:目的]建立新桑蚕抗性品种的鉴定制度。方法]从桑蚕品种耐高温能力、抗病毒病能力、抗氟化物能力鉴定等3个方面对新桑蚕品种抗性鉴定的制度设计进行初步探讨。结果]桑蚕品种审定抗性鉴定的主要内容包括:抗氟性、耐高温能力和抗病性。另外,对桑蚕小区设计、抗高温鉴定、抗氟鉴定和抗病性鉴定方法也进行了研究。结论]该研究可为今后桑蚕的抗性育种研究奠定基础。

Assumption of Establishing the Resistance Identification System of Judging New Varieties of Bombyx mori

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to establish the identification system of new resistant variety of silkworm.Method] The identification system of new silkworm variety’s resistance was preliminarily discussed from three aspects of heat-resistance,anti-virus and anti-fluoride of silkworm varieties.Result] The main contents of the resistance identification of silkworm variety appraisal included: fluorin resistance,heat resistance and disease resistance.In addition,the methods of plot design,heat resistance identification,fluorin resistance identification and disease resistance identification of silkworms were studied.Conclusion] The research could lay the foundation for further study on the resistance breeding of silkworm.
