地榆鞣质的渗滤提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]筛选地榆鞣质渗滤提取的工艺条件。方法]以地榆鞣质含量及浸膏得率作为评价指标,以没食子酸为对照品,用紫外分光光度法测定地榆鞣质的含量,并对药材粒度、溶剂用量、渗漉速度和径高比等因素条件进行优化,优选出地榆鞣质渗滤提取工艺的最佳工艺条件。结果]最佳提取条件为:地榆药材粉碎并过1号筛后,装入渗滤桶(径高比为1∶1),料液比为1∶6(g/ml),乙醇浓度为70%,渗滤速度为5 ml/min.kg;在此条件下,得到的平均收膏率为30.48%,鞣质提取率为15.5%。结论]该工艺合理可行,重复性好,地榆鞣质的提取率高,可为制备地榆鞣质半成品提供依据。

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions of Sanguisorba tannins.Method] With the content of Sanguisorba tannins and the yield of dry paste tannin extracts as the major evaluation indexes and the garlic acid as the control,the content of Sanguisorba tannins was determined by the UV-Vis spectrophotometry and the factors of particle size,solvent dose,percolation rate and diameter-height ratio were optimized.Result] The RADIX SANGUISORBAE was pulverized and passed through the No.1 sieve,and then put into a percolation barrel with 1∶1 of diameter-height ratio,and extracted at the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶6(g/ml),70% ethanol concentration and 5 ml/ min·kg rate.Under the optimized conditions,the average yield of dry paste was 30.48% and the extraction rate of tannins was 15.5%.Conclusion] The extraction technology is reasonable and practical with good reproducibility and high extraction rate,thus it can provide basis for the production of semi-finished products of Sanguisorba tannins.
