摘    要:目的]为大鳞副泥鳅的遗传选育提供了一定的理论依据。方法]随机选取1龄大鳞副泥鳅(Paramisgurnus dabryanus)249尾,分别测定其全长、体长、头长、体厚、体高、尾柄长、尾柄高、头宽和体重共9个形态学指标。采用相关分析和通径分析,分别计算了大鳞副泥鳅各形态性状对体重的相关系数、通径系数和决定系数,定量分析了大鳞副泥鳅形态性状对体重的影响效果。结果]各表型性状与体重之间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P0.01);体厚对体重的直接影响最大(0.236 0),且对体重的决定程度最高(0.055 7),是影响体重的主要因素;头长和头宽对体重的直接作用最小,主要通过体厚间接影响体重。应用逐步多元回归分析,并通过偏回归系数检验,以全长(X1)、体长(X2)、头长(X3)、体厚(X4)、体高(X5)、尾柄长(X6)和尾柄高(X7)对体重(Y)建立最优多元回归方程:Y=-12.126+0.342 X1+0.353X2+0.884X3+5.059X4+2.465 X5+0.979X6+1.718X7。结论]多元回归方程的构建量化了体重与全长、体长、头长、体厚、体高、尾柄高、尾柄长的关系,可以对大鳞副泥鳅体重进行预测和控制;同时,在大鳞副泥鳅选育中可以主要对体厚较厚、体长较长的个体进行选择,间接实现对体重的选择。

Effects of the Morphological Traits on Body Weight of One-year Old Paramisgurnus dabryanus

Abstract:Objective] To provide theoretical basis for the genetic breeding of Paramisgurnus dabryanus.Method] 249 one-year-old P.dabryanus were randomly sampled,their body weight and eight morphological traits including total length,body length,head length,body width,body height,caudal peduncle length,caudal peduncle height and head width were measured.The correlation coefficients,path coefficients and determinant coefficients of each trait to body weight were estimated by correlation analysis and path analysis in order to analyze the effect of each trait of P.dabryanus on the body weight.Result] The correlation coefficients between all traits and body weight were extremely significant(P<0.01);body width produced a predominant direct effect(0.236 0)and a highest determinant coefficient(0.055 7)to body weight,so it is the key effective factor,whereas head length and head width provided a slight direct effect(0.064,0.026) and significant indirect effect on the body weight via body width.Through stepwise multi-regression analysis and partial regression coefficient test,the multiple regression equation relating body weight was established as Y=-12.126 + 0.342 X1 + 0.353X2 + 0.884X3 + 5.059X4 + 2.465 X5 + 0.979X6 + 1.718X7,in which Y was body weight,X1,X2,X3,X4,X5,X6 and X7 were total length,body length,head length,body width,body height,tail handle length and tail handle height.Conclusion] The analysis of the effect of traits of one-year-old P.dabryanus to the body weight and the establishment of the multiple regression equation provided us with some theoretical evidence for the determination of some measured indices during the hereditary breeding of the P.dabryanus.At the same time,in the actual operation process of loach breeding,we can realize indirect weight selection by selection of the body thick and body length of individual.
