| 摘 要： | 深入剖析了《社会保险法》关于农民工社会保险的主要突破,指出《社会保险法》的颁布实施,对于切实解决农民工的社会保险问题,更好地维护农民工参加社会保险和享受社会保险待遇的合法权益,逐步融入城市,促进社会主义和谐社会建设,具有十分重要的意义,进而提出了切实保障农民工社会保险权益的对策建议。
