4个群体西太公鱼同工酶的电泳分析

目的]分析西太公鱼的遗传多样性。方法]使用水平式淀粉凝胶电泳法,对于桥水库、密云水库、日本青森县和日本北海道4个群体的西太公鱼进行了AAT、α-GPD、GPI、LDH、MDH、ME和PGM 7种同工酶的电泳分析。结果]共检测到10个基因座位,其中有变异的基因座位分别是于桥公鱼中的LDH-2*和PGM*、密云公鱼中的α-GPD*和PGM*、青森公鱼和北海道公鱼中的PGM*。于桥水库、密云水库、日本青森县和北海道西太公鱼4个群体的多态基因座位比例分别为0.20、0.20、0.10和0.10,平均杂合度的预期值(He)分别为0.007 3、0.012 0、0.015 3和0.006 4。结论]与其他鱼类相比,西太公鱼是一个遗传多样性较低的物种。

Electrophoretic Analysis of Isozyme in Four Populations of Hypomesus nipponensis

Objective]The research aimed to analyze the genetic diversity of Hypomesus nipponensis.Method] Using horizontal starch gel electrophoresis,7 kinds of isozymes(AAT,α-GPD,GPI,LDH,MDH,ME and PGM) in four populations of H.nipponensis from Yuqiao Reservoir,Miyun Reservoir,Aomori County and of Hokkaido Japan were analyzed by electrophoresis.Result] 10 gene loci were detected,and LDH-2* and PGM* in Yuqiao population,α-GPD* and PGM* in Miyun population and PGM* in Aomori population and Hokkaido population were variant.The proportion of polymorphic loci in the four populations of Yuqiao,Miyun,Aomori and Hokkaido were 0.20,0.20,0.10 and 0.10 respectively and the expected average heterozygosity were 0.007 3,0.012 0,0.015 3 and 0.006 4 respectively.Conclusion] Compared with other fishes,the genetic diversity of H.nipponensis had lower genetic diversity.
