摘    要:目的]探讨螃蟹脚提取物对8种常见食源性微生物和致病菌的体外抗菌活性。方法]采用纸片扩散法和微孔板稀释法,测定了提取物对各受试菌的抑菌圈和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果]螃蟹脚提取物能显著抑制供试菌的生长;在3%~7%浓度范围内,螃蟹脚对8株供试菌株均有较强的抑制作用,且随着提取物浓度的升高而逐渐增强,其抑菌圈直径从大到小为P.aeruginosaS.typhimuriumE.coliM.tuberculosisS.aureusB.subtilisL.monocytogenesC.albicans。螃蟹脚提取物对6株供试菌株的最小抑菌浓度均低于0.50 mg/ml。螃蟹脚对P.aeruginosa、S.typhimurium和E.coli有较强的抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度分别为0.060、.12和0.20 mg/ml。结论]螃蟹脚提取物呈现广谱抗菌特性。这为螃蟹脚的进一步开发和利用提供了理论依据。

Study on in vitro Antibacterial Effect of Visum ardiculatum Extracts on Yunnan Ancient Tea Trees

Abstract:Objective] To investigate in vitro antibacterial activity of Visum ardiculatum extracts on eight food-borne micro-organisms and pathogens.Method] Inhibition zone and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Visum ardiculatum extracts were determined by disk diffusion method and the microplate dilution method.Result] Visum ardiculatum extracts significantly inhibit the growth of the tested strains.Within the concentration range of 3%-7%,Visum ardiculatum had a strong inhibitory effect on the eight tested strains.Inhibition zone diameter from largest to smallest was P.aeruginosa> S.typhimurium> E.coli> M.tuberculosis> S.aureus> B.subtilis> L.monocytogenes> C.albicans.The minimum inhibitory concentrations of Visum ardiculatum extracts on the six strains tested were lower than 0.50 mg/ml and had a strong inhibitive effect on P.aeruginosa,S.typhimurium and E.coli,their minimum inhibitory concentrations were respectively 0.06,0.12 and 0.20 mg/ml.Conclusion] The crude extracts of Visum ardiculatum show broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity,which provides a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Visum ardiculatum.
