| 摘 要： | 为了解决传统联合整地机不能完成超深松的问题,在研究分析传统联合整地机的基础上,研制出可与大马力拖拉机配套的新型整地机具1ZMS-350深松型联合整地机。该机具在灭茬刀轴后增加了一组超深松装置(最大深松土深度可达35 cm),从而可以打破犁底层,提高土壤透气、透水性能,提高土壤抵抗自然灾害能力。该机具一次作业能够完成垄上灭茬、深松、起垄、镇压等多项作业。经田间试验证明:1ZM-350深松型联合整地机的保墒效果明显好于没有深松装置的联合整地机。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that traditional combined land preparation machine can’t loosen the deep soil,a new 1ZMS-350 deep-loosening type combined land preparation machine equipped with large horsepower tractor is developed.Equipped with a set of deep loosening device behind the stubble cutter whose largest loosening depth was 35 cm,the machine can break the plough pan to increase the air and water permeability of soil and improve its ability to resist natural disasters.The machine could accomplish the operations of stubble cleaning,deep loosening,ridge forming,compacting,etc.at one time.The field test proved that the moisture preservation effect of 1ZML-350 deep-loosening type combined land preparation machine is obviously better than that of traditional machine. |
