| 摘 要： | 基于可拓理论与物元模型,建立了土地征用成功度评价的可拓物元模型。综合考虑多种影响因素,构建土地征用成功度的评价指标体系,基于可拓理论,建立土地征用成功度的物元模型,通过关联度和等级度计算,客观而全面地给出土地征用成功度的综合评价结果。并通过引入实例,证明该方法能够有效地保证评价的质量和效果,具有实际可行性。

| Abstract: | Based on extension theory and matter-element model,the extension matter-element model of land acquisition successful degree was established.Considering several influencing factors,the evaluating index system was constructed.Based on extension theory,the matter-element model was established.Through correlation degree and grade degree calculation,the comprehensive evaluating results of land acquisition successful degree were put forward objectively.Through introduction of example,it was proved that the method can effectively guarantee the evaluation quality and effect. |
