凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱/质谱法测定瓜子中的石蜡含量

目的]探索瓜子中石蜡含量的高效检测方法。方法]样品经索氏萃取后,利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)技术去除样品中的油脂,净化液浓缩干后用乙酸乙酯∶环己烷(1∶1,V/V)溶解,通过DB-5ms石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)分离,采用电子轰击离子源选择离子检测模式进行质谱测定。结果]该方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.4%～9.2%,检测回收率为74.2%～90.3%。结论]该方法操作简单,测定结果准确、可靠。

Deter Mination of Paraffin by Gel Permeation Chromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Objective] The aim was to establish a high efficient determination method of the paraffin in melon seeds.Method] Samples were be treated by soxhlet extraction,then the olein in the extract was abandoned by gel permeation chromatography.After that,the purified solution was concentrated and then dissolved by ethyl ethanoate∶cyclohexane(1∶1,V/V).It was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with DB-5ms quartz capillary tube(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm).Result] The results indicated that the relative standard deviations of this method were 6.4%-9.2%,the recoveries were 74.2%-90.3%.Conclusion] This method is simple,and the determined results are accurate and reliable.
