川西北高原牧区社会建设路径探讨

Discussion on the Path of Social Construction in the Northwest Sichuan Plateau Pastoral Area

The main content and construction key point of social construction were introduced,the characteristics of the northwest Sichuan plateau pastoral area were analyzed.It was pointed out that in current stage,the main content of social construction in the northwest Sichuan plateau pastoral area not only include social enterprise,but also include social management.Its social construction is facing the challenge of the incoordination between society and the economy,the poor government capacity,the lack of capacity to respond to public demand.The route choices for social construction in the northwest Sichuan plateau pastoral area were put forward:strengthening local government social construction ability;relying on livelihood engineering to promote social construction;promoting social construction with ecological construction as opportunity;developing basic public service with the help of outside force;strengthening monitoring evaluation mechanism.
