| 摘 要： | 分析了产业转型三大任务与新生代农民工人力资本3个维度之间的关系,对新生代农民工人力资本培育的倒逼机制的形成和影响进行了研究,并通过博弈模型分析,深化了对新生代农民工人力资本投资倒逼机制的内涵的认识。在此基础上指出产业转型需要宏观领导,而政府应该倡导企业推行现代价值观。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the three tasks of industrial transformation and its three-dimensional relations with new generation migrant workers’ human capital,then studied the formation and influence of the reversed pressing mechanism in the cultivation of migrant workers’ human capital,and further analyzed the reversed pressing mechanism by game model.Based on above,it was proposed that the industrial transformation should be guided from a macro perspective and the government should advocate the modern view of value for enterprises. |
