文冠果嫁接研究

目的]研究影响文冠果嫁接成活率的主要因子,提高文冠果的嫁接成活率。方法]对接穗采集地的温度、接穗保存时间、保存措施及嫁接手法进行了对比试验,结果]接穗保存措施、嫁接人员操作技术和嫁接手法直接影响文冠果嫁接成活率。在一定时间和温度范围内,接穗保存时间和采集地温度对文冠果嫁接成活率影响不显著。结论]为文冠果的选优繁优提供技术参考。

Grafting Study of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge

Objective] The aim of the study was to improve the survival rate of grafted Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge through understanding the major influential factors of grafting.Method] Grafting techniques regarding the temperature in the scion collecting field,time and the measures for preserving the scions as well as the grafting skills were compared by different experiment treatments.Result] The study showed that the measures for preserving the scions,technician’s operation and grafting skills had direct influence on the survival rate of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.Within the certain range of time and temperature during preserving the scions,time duration and temperature had not significant influence on the survival rate of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.Conclusion] The study provided reference for breeding and propagation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.
