摘    要:目的]采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析小紫金牛(Ardisia chinensis Benth)挥发性化学成分。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取小紫金牛的挥发性成分,再采用GC-MS联用技术对所提取的挥发油的化学成分进行分离鉴定。结果]从小紫金牛中共鉴定出了56种成分,占样品总量的84.1%,其主要成分是烯烃、酮、醇、酯和酸类物质等。结论]该研究为认识小紫金牛的化学成分与其药效之间的关系,并为进一步合理开发利用小紫金牛资源提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to analyze the volatile components of Ardisia chinensis Benth by GC-MS.Method]The volatile components of the essential oil of Ardisia chinensis Benth extracted by steam distillation had been studied by GC-MS.Result]A total of 56 compounds had been identified from Ardisia chinensis Benth,representing 84.1% of the oil.The major components were found to be alkenes,ketones,alcohols,esters and acids and so on.Conclusion]The study can provide scientific basis for knowing relation...
