TiO_2负载钡铁氧体光催化剂降解亚甲基蓝光催化性能研究

摘    要:目的]为TiO2光催化剂的工业应用提供依据。方法]以亚甲基蓝染料为模型染料,研究了TiO2/钡铁氧体磁性催化剂在紫外光照射下的光催化活性。结果]随着钡铁氧体负载量的增加,TiO2/钡铁氧体磁性催化剂的催化效率也有提高。负载量为20%时,催化降解效率达到最大。随着亚甲基蓝初始浓度的增加,催化剂的催化降解效率也有提高,但当溶液浓度大于10mg/L时,效率大大降低。光催化剂的催化活性随使用次数的增加而降低。第5次使用时,5h后的降解率仍保持在90%左右。结论]负载量为20%的TiO2复合钡铁氧体型光催化剂、使用量为1.5g/L时,催化降解亚甲基蓝的效率可以达到97.8%。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to provide a base for the industry application TiO2 photocatalyst.Method] With methylene blue(MB) as model dyestuff,the photocatalysis activity of TiO2/ barium ferrite magnetism photocatalyst was studied under irradiation of UV.Result] With the increase of barium ferrite loading,the catalytic efficiency of TiO2/ barium ferrite magnetism photocatalyst was also improved.While the loading was 20%,the catalytic efficiency was biggest.With the increase of original concn.of MB,the catalytic efficiency of the catalyst was also improved.When the solution concn.was more than 10 mg/L,the catalytic efficiency was decreased greatly.The catalytic efficiency of the catalyst was decreased with the increase of application times and the degradation rate at 5th time was also kept about 90% after 5h.Conclusion] The degradation rate of MB by TiO2/ Barium Ferrite photocatalyst with 20% loadings and 1.5 g/L dosage could reach 97.8%
