河南省农业产业集群的现状及对策研究

在阐述农业产业集群的内涵的基础上,介绍了农业产业集群竞争优势：一是促使农业生产要素集聚,降低农业生产成本;二是提高产业创新能力;三是提高农村的城镇化水平,增加农民收入。分析了河南农业产业集群发展的现状,指出其有资源、成本、区位等优势,探讨了河南省农业产业集群存在的问题：一是农业产业集群规模较小,产业链条较短;二是龙头企业数量偏少,产业集群内辐射带动能力不强;三是农业产业集群的组织化程度较低,缺乏科技创新能力。为了解决产业集群中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议,一是以市场为导向,加强政策制定,稳步推进河南省农业产业集群的发展;二是要选择合适的农业产业集群发展模式。

Researches on Countermeasures and Present Situations of Agricultural Industrialized Clustering in Henan Province

On the basis of introduction of the connoted meanings of agricultural industrialized clustering,the paper introduces the competitive advantages of agricultural industrialized clustering: the first is to accelerate the clustering of agricultural production factors to lower down the agricultural production costs;the second is to upgrade the innovation abilities of industries;the third is to improve the urbanization levels of rural areas and increase the incomes of villagers.The paper analyzes the present situations of agricultural industrialized clustering;pointing out the advantages of owning resources,low costs and good orientation and so on,discuses the existing problems of the industrialized clustering in Henan province: the first is the scale of agricultural industrialized clustering is small,the industrialized chain is short;the second s the leading companies are less,the radiation ability within industrialized clustering groups are not strong;the third is the degrees of agricultural industrialized clustering organization are not strong,lacking scientific innovation ability.In order to solve the existing problems,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,the first is with markets as guiders,strengthen the policies formulation,and accelerate the development of industrialized clustering in Henan in a steady pace.The second is to choose developing modes suitable for agricultural industrialized clustering groups.
