| 摘 要： | 采用4种不同染色方法及离体培养法对三色堇花粉生活力进行测定。结果显示,I-KI染色法、醋酸洋红染色法和TTC染色法的测定值偏低,不适用于三色堇花粉生活力的测定;而过氧化物酶沉淀法的测定值与离体培养法的测定结果相近且差异不显著,是一种测定三色堇花粉生活力较快捷、方便、精确的方法。

| Abstract: | The pollen viability of Viola tricolor Linn.was determined by using 4 kinds of different staining methods and in vitro culture method.The results showed that the determined values by I-KI staining method,carmine acetate staining method,TTC staining method were relatively low and they were not suitable to determine the pollen viability of V.tricolor.The determined value by peroxidase precipitation method was close to the determination results by in vitro culture method,without significant difference.So the peroxidase precipitation method was a kind of direct,simple and exact method for determining the pollen viability of V.tricolor. |
