摘    要:目的]为甘薯抗旱高产栽培提供理论依据。方法]以3个甘薯品种遗306、豫薯8号和Ayamurasaki为材料,研究了干旱胁迫对甘薯幼苗叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Cond)和蒸腾速率(Tr)等光合特性的影响。结果]干旱胁迫下,3种甘薯幼苗叶片的Pn、Cond和Tr均降低,而Ci则呈先降后升的趋势。在整个胁迫过程中,遗306与豫薯8号的Pn、Cond和Tr降幅均远远大于Ayamurasaki。结论]Ayamurasaki的耐旱性强于遗306和豫薯8号。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of sweet potato with high yield and drought resistance.Method] With 3 varieties of sweet potato including Yi 306,Yushu 8 and Ayamurasaki as materials,the effects of drought stress on the photosynthetic characteristics of the leaves in sweet potato seedlings such as net photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),stomatal conductance(Cond) and transpiration rate(Tr) were studied.Result] Under drought stress,Pn,Cond and Tr of the leaves in the seedlings of 3 sweet potato varieties were all decreased,and Ci showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.In the whole stress period,the decreasing amplitude of Pn,Cond and Tr in Yi 306 and Yushu 8 were all much greater than that in Ayamurasaki.Conclusion] The results of this research indicated that Ayamurasaki was more tolerant to drought than Yi 306 and Yushu 8.
