驱蚊香草的快速繁殖研究

摘    要:以MS作为基本培养基,对驱蚊香草的快速繁殖进行研究。结果表明:诱导驱蚊香草丛生芽的最适培养基为:1/2 MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L;恢复无机盐的浓度,将1/2 MS恢复为MS,且保持6-BA和NAA浓度不变(MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L),是驱蚊香草的最佳增殖培养基;最佳生根培养培养基为:1/2 MS+NAA0.1 mg/L,生根率可达98%,而且根系发达,长势粗壮,移栽时成活率高达95%以上。

Abstract:Rapid propagation of Hyssopus oficinalis was preliminary studied using MS as basic medium.Result showed that the optimum mediums for shoot induction,shoot proliferation and rooting were 1/2 MS 6-BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L,MS 6-BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L and 1/2 MS NAA 0.1 mg/L,respectively.Rooting rate of Hyssopus oficinalis could reach 98 % and its root system was well developed.Survival rate after transplanting was above 95 %.
