| 摘 要： | 目的]指导临床合理用药,控制兽医临床的感染性疾病。方法]用分子生物学方法对用双纸片协同法检测产生ESBLs的5株猪鸡致病性大肠杆菌进行了ESBLs的检测。结果]产生ESBLs的猪鸡致病性大肠杆菌中都扩增出了TEM型引物。结论]双纸片协同法检测ESBLs具有较高的可靠性,兽医临床大肠杆菌已经产生ESBLs。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of this paper was to instruct the clinical rational drug use,control veterinary inclinical infectious diseases.Method] Molecular biological method was used to conduct the ESBLs detection on 5 strains of swine and avian pathogenic E.coli,which could produce ESBLs under the detection of double-disk method.Result] TEM primer was amplified from the swine and avian pathogenic E.coli,which could produce ESBLs.Conclusion] The double-disk method for ESBLs detection was highly reliable.Veterinary inclinical E.coli could produce ESBLs. |
