摘    要:目的]研究银杏叶水提物对小麦种子萌发率、幼苗根长和苗高等方面的影响。方法]以蒸馏水处理小麦种子为对照,研究不同浓度银杏叶水提液对小麦生长影响的变化规律,并运用效应指数(RI)和平均效应指数(RM)对小麦幼苗生长进行总体评价。结果]随着银杏水提液处理浓度的增加,小麦种子萌发率、幼苗根长和苗高以及小麦鲜重均明显受抑制,其中对小麦根长的影响强度最大(MR=-5.187);随处理浓度的增加,幼苗干重表现为增加趋势,但趋势不太明显;对各指标影响的强度依次为:根长〉苗高〉鲜重〉干重。结论]银杏叶水提液对小麦生长的化感作用总体表现为抑制作用,且在较高浓度下抑制作用更强。在复合种植的生产实践中,要充分考虑种间化感物的影响。
