摘    要:目的]优选金樱根中鞣质的最佳提取工艺。方法]通过正交试验提取金樱根鞣质,测定提取液在波长276nm处的吸光度,考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、时间、液料比对金樱根鞣质提取效果的影响。结果]最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度为30%,液料比为20,在50℃下超声提取60min,金樱根鞣质提取率可达5.061%。结论]该工艺稳定、合理、可行,适用于工业化生产。

Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Tinnin from Cherokee Rose Root by Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of tinnin from cherokee rose root.Method] Extracting tinnin from cherokee rose root by orthogonal test,extract was measured the absorbance at 276 nm,examining the impact of ethanol concentration,temperature,time and dosage liquor proportion to extraction rate of tinnin from cherokee rose root.Results] The optimal extraction technology was adding 20-fold volume of solvent(30% alcohol)at 50 ℃ for 60 min by Ultrasonic extraction,the extraction rate of tinnin up to 5.061%.Conclusion ] This extraction technology is stable,reasonable and feasible,and it is applicable for industrial production.
