| 摘 要： | 重庆市委2008年7月20日提出的＂健康重庆＂,为统筹重庆城乡发展注入了新的具体内容。提出了建立健全统筹重庆城乡社会医疗保险制度的重要任务。从重庆市现行的医疗制度出发,比较分析现行医疗制度取得的成绩和存在的问题,试图对统筹重庆市城乡医疗社会保险制度的对策做一些探讨。
