植物生长调节剂及锌在夏玉米上的应用研究

目的]研究植物生长调节剂和锌肥基施对夏玉米的增产作用。方法]在随机区组设计的大田试验中设7个处理:复合肥(CK)、CK+调节剂(15、30、45和60 g/hm2)、CK+Zn和CK+Zn+调节剂,研究调节剂和锌基施对夏玉米产量与经济性状的影响。结果]在一定范围内,玉米产量随调节剂用量的增加而增加,它们之间的关系符合方程:Y=8 648.6+34.957X-0.381X2;锌与调节剂同时施用时,玉米产量最高,达9 720 kg/hm2,比对照增产11.53%。且光合叶面积明显增加,棒三叶面积达到2 671.13 cm2,比对照增加9.38%。玉米穗长、穗粗和百粒重分别达到16.94 cm、5.20 cm和29.15 g,分别比CK增加0.53 cm、0.57 cm和1.9 g。结论]植物调节剂与锌肥配合基施能有效促进玉米籽粒灌浆,提高产量和百粒重。

Application of Plant Growth Regulator and Zinc in Summer Corn

Objective] The study was to research the yield increasing effects of basal application of plant growth regulator and zinc fertilizer on summer corn.Method] In the field with randomized block design and 7 treatments: compound fertilizer(CK),CK regulator(15,30,45 and 60 g/ hm2),CK Zn and CK Zn regulator were set up to study the effect of basal application of regulator and zinc on yields and economic characters of summer corn.Result] The yield of corn was increased with the increasing of regulator dosage in a certain range,and their relationship accorded with the equation Y=8 648.6 34.957X-0.381X2.The yield of corn was the highest when Zn and regulator were applied at the same time,being 9 720 kg/hm2,which was 11.53% higher those that of CK.And the photosynthetic leaf area was increased obviously,the area of ear three leaves reached 2 671.13 cm2,which was 9.38% higher those that of CK.Ear length,ear width and 100-seed weight of corn reached 16.94 cm,5.20 cm and 29.15 g resp,which was 0.53 cm,0.57 cm and 1.9 g higher than that of CK resp.Conclusion] The regulator combined with Zn fertilizer mixed as the base fertilizer could promote the grain filling effectively and increase the yield and 100-seed weight of corn.
