2008年初雨雪冰冻天气过程对农业生产的影响分析——以江苏省为例

目的]通过对雨雪冰冻天气过程对农业生产影响的调研,全面认识其对农业生产的影响,为以后防御同样的灾害积累经验。方法]采用社会调查和统计分析方法。结果]雨雪冰冻天气,危害农业设施,造成严重冻害,引起生育期推迟,影响产量和品质。结论]要加强对灾害性天气的监测预警能力和农业防灾减灾基础设施建设,全面提升抗灾能力,才能保证农业可持续发展。

Influence of the Weather Process of Rain and Snow and Freeze on Agro-produce at the beginning of 2008 Year

Objective] Fully understand the impact of frozen rain and snow weather on agricultural production on the basis of investigation,this will accumulate experience for defensing the same disaster in future.Method] The mathematics statistic,contrast analysis and societal investigation were used.Result] The results showed that the weather process of rain and snow and freeze brought harmed to agro-establishment,caused the serious damage and reproductive period would be postponed,effecting the yield and quality.Conclusion] The disaster prevention,monitoring and warning was the pledge of enhancing ability of resisting natural calamities and the sustainable development of agriculture.
