| 摘 要： | 对经4、5、6h水解的蚯蚓水解液进行离心和过滤2种处理,采用滤纸片法和打孔法测定蚯蚓水解液对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果.结果表明:经5h水解的蚯蚓水解液对大肠杆菌抑菌效果最好.

| Abstract: | After centrifugating and filtrating the earthworm hydrolyzate which was obtained by hydrolyzing for 4 h,5 h and 6 h respectively,the antibacterial effect of the earthworm hydrolyzate on Escherichia coli was investigated with the method of the fiter paper and the method of the stiletto.The results indicated that the earthworm hydrolyzate which was obtained by hydrolyzing for 5 h had the strongest antibacterial activity. |
