| 摘 要： | 分析了扬州市农村实用人才的现状与特点,剖析了制约扬州市农村实用人才发展的主要限制因素,提出了提高培育农村实用人才重要性的认识、建立完善农村实用人才的激励政策、多渠道开展农村实用人才的培育、竭力为农村实用人才提供优质服务、全面加强对农村实用人才工作的领导等加快扬州市农村实用人才培育的对策建议. |

| Abstract: | The present situation and characteristics of rural practical talents of Yangzhou City,and it＇s main limiting factors which restrict the rural practical talents development were analyzed.Several countermeasures and suggestions which speed up the rural practical talent cultivation of Yangzhou City,such as improving the understanding of the importance of cultivating the rural practical talents,establishing the incentive policy of rural practical talents,multiple channels carrying out the rural practical talents cultivation,providing the high-quality service for the rural practical talents,strengthening the leadership over the work of rural practical talents,etc. |
