黑龙江省农民人力资本投资对非农收入的影响分析

构建农民人力资本投资与非农收入的PLS模型,研究农民人力资本投资对黑龙江省农民非农收入的影响,并进行了ADF检验和回归残差协整检验.结果表明,健康投资、迁徙投资、教育投资与农民的非农收入具有长期平稳性和长期均衡性,其中教育投资对农民非农收入的增加效果最为显著,健康投资、迁徙投资依次次之,但总体来说黑龙江省农民人力资本积累依然不足.据此提出加强农村人力资源开发、发展农民成人教育、加强农村医疗保障建设、完善农村通讯等相应的对策建议.

Analysis of the Impact of Human Capital Investment of Farmers on Non-agricultural Income in Heilongjiang Province

The PLS model of human capital investment of farmers and non-agricultural income was constructed.Effects of farmers human capital investment on farmers＇ non-agricultural income in Heilongjiang Province were studied.ADF test and regression residual cointegration test were conducted.The results showed that health investment,migration investment,education investment and farmers＇ non-agricultural income has long-term stability and long-term equilibrium,the investment in education on the non-agricultural income of farmers has the most significant increasing effect,health investment,migration investment followed in Heilongjiang Province,but the overall human capital accumulation is still insufficient.According to this,corresponding countermeasures were put forward,such as strengthening rural human resources development,developing adult education,strengthening rural medical security system construction,perfecting rural communication.
