基于SPR技术的农产品物流安全管理的研究

随着农产品质量安全事件频繁爆发、国际农产品贸易屡屡受阻,不仅影响到我国的国际声誉、政府形象,对农产品行业在国际贸易中的竞争力构成威胁,直接损害农产品供给主体的经济利益,而且威胁到消费者的身体健康和生命安全,并造成公众的消费的心理恐慌。将SPR技术应用于农产品物流安全管理中,设计出一种光学SPR生物分析仪,对农产品中残留的农、兽药进行检测,最后通过对实验数据的分析,展望了SPR技术在进行农产品物流安全管理中的应用前景。
