| 摘 要： | 改进灰色系统理论GM（1,1）模型的算法,并且将改进后的灰色模型与马尔科夫模型结合。通过对灰色系统预测数据的修正,既发挥了灰色系统预测精确的特点,又利用了马尔科夫模型对预测波动性数据准确的优势。结合西安户县的实例,对在时间序列上展开的具有一定的波动性的建设用地数据进行预测,达到很高的预测精度。

| Abstract: | The algorithm of gray system theories GM(1,1) model was improved and combined with Markov's model.The betterment could exert the characteristic of the precise estimation of the gray system,and make use of the advantage of Markov's model estimating fluctuant data.Considered the actuality of Huxian,the construction land data launched on time sequence was predicted,which reached a high estimate accuracy. |
