| 摘 要： | 针对产业内贸易在国内外认定的倾销幅度内选择反倾销税率难题,通过完全信息下动态博弈模型和国际经济理论分析,提出产业内贸易反倾销应在进口国社会总福利最大化目标下解出的优化税率值基础上,依据贸易产品的消费替代率、运输费用、供给弹性与需求弹性变化灵活调节税率.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the difficult problem that select the anti-dumping duty rate in intra-industry trade under the dumping extent,it analysed the model of dynamic game under complete information and the theory of international economics.Then it put forward that the Anti-dumping of intra-industry trade should regulate nimbly duty rate according to the change of substitution rate of consumption,transportation cost,supply elasticity and demand elasticity of trade products on the basis of optimization duty rate under the aim of maximizing the domestic welfare. |
