阿魏酸和草酸对豇豆枯萎病的抑制效果

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的阿魏酸、草酸对豇豆枯萎病病菌的孢子萌发、菌丝生长、挑战接种后幼苗发病率的影响,结果表明,不同浓度的阿魏酸和草酸对豇豆枯萎菌的影响差别很大,其中,阿魏酸浓度>1.0 mmol/L和草酸浓度>5.0 mmol/L都能显著地抑制豇豆枯萎病病菌孢子的萌发;2种酸类物质对豇豆枯萎病病菌菌丝生长也有抑制作用,阿魏酸浓度>10.0 mmol/L和草酸浓度>20.0 mmol/L的抑制效果显著;在不影响豇豆幼苗正常生长的情况下,以3.0 mmol/L阿魏酸最为有效,幼苗发病率仅为48.6%,与空白对照相比差异极显著。

Abstract:Ferulic acid(FA) and oxalic acid(OA) at different concentration were tested on conidial germination and mycelial growth of cowpea fusarium wilt and disease rate of seedling after challenge inoculation with Frsarium oxsporum f.sp.tracheiphilum in the experiment.The results indicated that they showed great different inhibition to the fusarium wilt.Compared with the blank comparison,FA at the concentration of above 1.0 mmol/L and OA above 5.0 mmol/L had obvious inhibition to the conidial germination;The two acids also had some inhibition to the mycelial growth,FA at the concentration of above 10.0 mmol/L and OA above 20.0 mmol/L had obvious inhibition;Without any harm to the seedling,FA showed the strongest resistant activity with the concentration of 3.0 mmol/L.
