摘    要:目的]考察盐度对隆腺溞存活和内禀增长率的影响,为其在低盐水体中培养提供理论基础。方法]从贵阳市花溪河水库采集隆腺溞,以其孵化出的同步幼溞为试材。通过盐度急变、缓变试验以及盐度对隆腺溞内禀增长率影响试验,研究了盐度对隆腺溞存活和内禀增长率的影响。结果]在盐度急变条件下,隆腺溞24和36 h的半致死盐度分别为0.635%和0.517%。在盐度缓变条件下,至试验第4天所有幼溞全部死亡(包括对照组),最终盐度为0.400%。随着试验进行,幼溞逐渐死亡,最终未发现有产幼现象。0.800%为盐度急变条件下隆腺溞所能耐受的最高盐度,在低盐条件下隆腺溞不能进行孤雌生殖。结论]该试验为以后研究枝角类耐盐机制奠定了基础。

Influence of Salinity on the Tolerance of Daphnia carinata

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to investigate the influence of salinity on the survival and intrinsic rate of increase of Daphnia carinata so as to supply theoretical foundation for its culture in low-salinity water body.Method] The D.carinata was collected from Huaxihe reservoir of Guiyang City and the synchronously hatched young D.carinata were used as tested materials.The influence of salinity on the survival and intrinsic rate of increase of D.carinata was studied through salinity-acute change test,salinity-slow change experiment and experiment on the influence of salinity on the intrinsic rate of increase of D.carinata.Result] In salinity-acute change test,the lethal salinities 50 of 24 and 36 h of D.carinata were 0.635 and 0.517% resp.In salinity-slow change experiment,till the 4th experimental day,all the young D.carinata,including that of control group,were dead and the final salinity was 0.400%.As the experiment was carried on,the young D.carinata were dead gradually and there was no breeding phenomenon observed at last.Under salinity-acute change condition,0.800% was the highest salinity for the tolerance of D.carinata.Under low salinity condition,D.carinata could not perform parthenogenesis.Conclusion] This experiment laid a foundation for studying salt-tolerant mechanism of cladoceran in the future.
