摘    要:目的]优化蝴蝶兰不定芽快繁技术中增殖培养基的成分及其浓度,完善蝴蝶兰快速繁殖技术。方法]利用组织培养的手段,在增殖培养基上诱导出蝴蝶兰不定芽,研究6-BA、PVP的浓度以及不定芽大小对增殖效果的影响。结果]培养基1/2 MS+0.2 mg/LNAA+10 mg/L 6-BA+2 g/L PVP+1 g/L水解酪蛋白+20 g/L蔗糖+8 g/L琼脂(pH 5.4)是不定芽增殖的最佳培养基,增殖系数达10;以长为1.0~1.5 cm的不定芽作为蝴蝶兰扩繁材料较为合适。结论]结果表明该研究优化的培养基配方和快繁技术可用在蝴蝶兰种苗快繁生产中。

Study on the Micropropagation of Phalaenopsis through Adventitious Shoots Propagation

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the components and their concentration in the propagation medium of Phalaenopsis,so as to improve its rapid propagation technology.Method] The adventitious shoots of Phalaenopsis were induced on the propagation medium with the method of tissue culture,and then the impact of the concentrations of 6-BA,PVP and the size of advantitious shoots on the propagation results was studied.Result] The best propagation medium was 1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+10 mg/L 6-BA+2 g/L PVP+1 g/L casein hydrolysate+20 g/L sucrose+ 8 g/L agar(pH 5.4)with the propagation coefficient of 10;the advantitious shoots with 1.0-1.5 cm length were the ideal materials for the propagation of Phalaenopsis.Conclusion] The optimized medium and propagation technology in this study were applicable to the rapid propagation of Phalaenopsis.
