| 摘 要： | 目的]考察柴胡提取物中总皂苷的最佳测定方法。方法]以总皂苷吸光度为评价指标,采用单因素试验优选柴胡总皂苷的测定方法。结果]总皂苷的最佳测定方法为:供试品溶液0.2 ml,加入0.4%对二甲氨基苯甲醛乙醇溶液0.1 ml在70℃反应10 min,放冷后至室温后,加入4 ml磷酸在50℃下反应20 min。结论]该方法稳定可行,适用于柴胡总皂苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective] To set up an optimal method for the determination of total saponins from RADIX BUPLEURI extracts.Method] The determination method was optimized by single factor test according to the absorbance of total saponin.Result] The best determination method of total saponin was: 0.2 ml test solution was added with 0.1 ml 0.4% p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde ethanol solution under 70 ℃ thermostatic waterbath for 10 minutes,after cooling off,4 ml phosphoric acid was added under 50 ℃ thermostatic waterbath for 20 minutes.Conclusion] The method is table and practical,and it is applicable to the determination of total saponin from RADXI BUPLEURI extracts. |
