靖西市烟农专业合作社运作模式

发展烟农专业合作社是建设现代烟草农业的关键环节,是烟叶生产实现专业化分工,提高烟叶生产效率,减工降本、提质增效的有效途径。笔者以靖西市天香烤烟专业合作社为例,阐述了靖西市天香专业合作社的成立背景和发展历程,分析了靖西烟农合作社建设现状,探讨了烟农专业合作社运作模式及存在的问题,并对烟农专业合作社的发展方向、运行机制、基础设施综合利用等提出了建议。

Operation Modes of Tobacco Farmer Professional Cooperatives in Jingxi City

Development of tobacco farmer professional cooperatives is a key link in the process of the construction of modern tobacco agricul-ture.It is an effective way to realize tobacco leaf production specialization, to improve the efficiency of leaf tobacco production, and to reduce labor cost increase efficiency.With Tianxiang flue-cured tobacco in Jingxi professional cooperative as an example, we expounded the establis-hing background and development process of Tianxiang professional cooperative in Jingxi City, and analyzed the construction status of Jingxi to-bacco farmer professional cooperatives.Problems in the operation mode of tobacco farmer professional cooperatives were discussed.Suggestions were put forward for the development direction and operating mechanism of tobacco farmer professional cooperatives, the comprehensive utiliza-tion of infrastructure and so on.
