发酵花生壳在金线莲栽培中的应用

摘    要:目的]探索在金线莲栽培基质中腐熟花生壳代替腐熟松树皮的可行性。方法]以金线莲组培苗为试验材料,研究不同栽培基质对金线莲生长和生物产量的影响。结果]以农富康秸秆发酵剂发酵花生壳+泥炭土(1∶1)为栽培基质的金线莲生长最好,其成活率、生物产量最高。结论]在栽培基质配方为花生壳+泥炭土(1∶1)情况下,自然风干花生壳不能用于金线莲栽培,自然条件下腐熟花生壳可用于金线莲栽培,选用适宜发酵菌剂发酵花生壳用于金线莲栽培,能达到更好的栽培效果,完全可以替代腐熟松树皮用于金线莲栽培。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the feasibility of the decomposed peanut shell in stead of decomposed pine bark in the culture substrate of Anochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl.Method] With tissue culture seeding of as the material, we studied the effect of different cul-ture substrates on the development and yield of A.roxburghii.Result] The growth of A.roxburghii under the condition of culture substrates combination of peanut shell and peat at a rate of 1∶1 was the best, and the survival rate and biomass were highest.Conclusion] Under the con-dition of culture substrates combination of peanut shell and peat at a rate of 1∶1, nature drying peanut shell is not used in cultivating A.rox-burghii, and decomposed peanut shell under the condition of nature could be used to cultivating A.roxburghii.What fermented peanut shell by suitable inocula was used to cultivating A.roxburghii could get better results, so it could replace decomposed pine bark for cultivation A.rox-burghii.
