D101大孔树脂富集白术内酯Ⅰ和III工艺研究

摘    要:目的]以白术为材料,研究白术内酯Ⅰ和III富集工艺条件。方法]通过静态吸附和解吸比较6种大孔树脂对2种白术内酯的富集效果,对效果好的大孔树脂进行动态试验研究。结果]用D101大孔树脂富集白术内酯Ⅰ和III的最佳工艺:上样液白术内酯Ⅰ和III质量浓度分别为25.6和59.7μg/mL,上样量4 BV,流速2 BV/h,依次用16 BV水、6 BV 30%乙醇除杂,12 BV 75%乙醇以2 BV/h流速洗脱,白术内酯Ⅰ和III的回收率分别为100.00%和98.24%。结论] D101大孔树脂富集白术粗提物中白术内酯Ⅰ和III的方法简单可行。

Technology of Atractylenolide Enrichment I and III by D101 Macroporous Resin
Abstract:Abst ract Objective] To research the enrichment process of atractylconolideⅠand III with Atracttylodes macrocephala Koidz as the research materials. Method] The enrichment effects of 6 different macroporous resins were compared by static adsorption and desorption experiments.Dy-namic test was carried out on the best macroporous resin.Result]The optimal technology of atractylconolide Ⅰand III enrichment by D101 macroporous resin was as follows:mass concentrations of atractylcnolideⅠand III were 25.6.2 and 59.7 μg/mL,respectively;4 BV sample vol-ume,2 BV/h flow rate,eluting with 16 BV water,6 BV 30% ethanol and 12 BV 75% ethanol in turn .Under this condition,the the recovery rate of atractylcnolideⅠand III were up to 100.00% and 98.24%,respectively.Conclusion] It is a simple and effective enrichment process of atrac-tylcnolide from crude extracts of Atracttylodes macrocephala Koidz by D101 macroporous.
