摘    要:目的]研究微生物肥料宁盾对芦蒿产量及品质的影响,为种植安全高产的芦蒿提供理论基础。方法]试验分为温室预试验和小区试验,通过施用新型微生物肥料宁盾替代化学肥料和化学农药,观察其对芦蒿生长、防病、品质等的影响。结果]微生物肥料宁盾可以显著提高芦蒿的株高、茎粗、叶绿素及单株叶片数等生长指标,改良土壤环境,使土壤中的铵态氮、速效磷、有效钾分别提高82.95%、243.45%、181.54%;可以改善芦蒿的品质,使其可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、总黄酮含量分别提高30.25%、21.26%、27.93%。结论]微生物肥料宁盾可以促进芦蒿的生长,改良土壤环境,提高芦蒿的品质。

Abstract:Objective] To study effects of microbial fertilizer Nanjing shield on yield and quality of Artemisia selengensis Turcz to provide theo-retical basis for planting of safe and high-yield A.selengensis. Method] In the greenhouse and plot test, a new type of microbial fertilizer Nanjing shield instead of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides was applied to A.selengensis, and the impacts of the microbial fertilizer on the growth, disease prevention and quality of A.selengensis were analyzed. Result] The microbial fertilizer could enhance the plant height, stem diameter, chlorophyll content, and number of leaves per plant significantly and improve soil environment, increasing soil ammo-nium nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content by 82.95%, 243.45%, and 181.54% respectively.Meanwhile, it could improve the qual-ity of A.selengensis, enhancing soluble protein, soluble sugar and total flavonoids content in A.selengensis by 30.25%, 21.26%, and 27. 93% respectively. Conclusion] The microbial fertilizer Nanjing shield can promote the growth of A.selengensis, and improve soil environ-ment and the quality of A.selengensis.
