| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同品种鸭的血清碱性磷酸酶活力与其生长性能的关系,为肉鸭早期选种提供依据。方法]选择黑羽番鸭、樱桃谷鸭和高邮鸭（公母各30只）为试验动物,分别于7和10周龄对3个品种鸭进行翼翅静脉采血,制备血清;采用磷酸苯二钠法测定血清AKP活力。结果]黑羽番鸭血清AKP活力极显著高于樱桃谷鸭和高邮鸭的血清AKP活力（P〈0.01）,而樱桃谷鸭和高邮鸭间血清AKP活力差异不显著。3品种鸭7和10周龄的血清AKP活力与平均日增重均呈正相关,其中7周龄总相关系数达极显著水平（P〈0.01）,10周龄时,相关性不显著。结论]在肉鸭育种中,血清AKP活力可以作为一种辅助选择标记。
