| 摘 要： | 球根海棠快速繁殖试验结果表明 :芽最佳分化增殖培养基是MS +NAA 1mg/L +BA 8mg/L ,最佳生根培养基为 1/ 2MS +NAA 1mg/L ;外殖体以叶片和茎段较好。

| Abstract: | In Begonia tuberhybrida tissue culture, effects of different concentrations of hormone in the medium and explants on formation of adventitious roots and buds were studied. The results showed: optimum medium for raped propagation and differentiation of buds was MS+NAA 1?mg/L+BA 8?mg/L. Appropriate medium for root development was 1/2?MS+NAA?1?mg/L.Leaf and tuber as explants was better. |
